The Kind of Person You Are
-
Naturally curious – you don't just do the job, you question whether it could be done better
-
You are a driver, not a passenger – you take ownership, make things happen, and don't wait for someone else to solve the problem. You see a gap and you close it
-
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise in a fast-scaling environment
-
Collaborative by nature – you build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders alike
-
Genuinely excited about AI and what it means for HR Operations – you actively seek out tools, automation opportunities, and smarter ways of working, positioning the People Team as a forward-thinking partner to the business rather than a back-office function
