This role is responsible for creating and executing a commercial vision for the market while aligning people, operations, strategy, and execution to achieve revenue, gross profit, cash, EBITDA, and broader business goals.
The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader with experience driving growth, developing teams, managing financial performance, and leading complex applied sciences, engineering, construction, or environmental restoration work. What your day-to-day might look like
You will lead the Tennessee and Georgia business by developing and executing strategies that support regional and corporate goals. You will own the financial plan for the business, including revenue, gross profit, cash, and EBITDA performance. This includes understanding the operating plan, knowing the numbers in detail, prioritizing resources effectively, and making decisions that support profitable growth and strong execution.
