Description
JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Associate, Customer Success (UAG)
What will you do?
As an Associate, Customer Success (UAG), you will support the planning and execution of user engagement campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to enhance the BruHealth experience. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, create engaging content, manage platform updates, analyze user feedback, and help deliver meaningful health and wellness programs for the community.
This role reports to our Senior Associate, Customer Success (UAG), and is based in Brunei.
Your key responsibilities include:

Plan and coordinate UAG-led campaigns and events (health walks, programme launches, pop-ups) across in-app and offline channels

Support content creation for campaigns - social media copy, in-app articles, push notifications - in both English and Malay

Design visual assets using Canva and assist with content scheduling across channels

Reach out to and onboard BruPoints vendors to the BruHealth Rewards Redemption Centre

Assist with platform configuration tasks (banners, rewards, articles, push notification) and perform quality checks

Collect and consolidate user feedback from events, campaigns, and social media

Track campaign performance metrics and support preparation of reports

Attend stakeholder and vendor meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain project trackers

Support coordination between UAG, Product, Technical, and Operations teams
Qualifications and other skills requirements:

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication in English; Malay is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Prior involvement in events, marketing, or digital campaigns is an advantage
