CHANEL's Europe Watches & Fine Jewelry division is seeking an Assistant CRM Analyst & Engagement Specialist for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Paris. This role supports the marketing department in executing client strategy during a period of significant growth. Responsibilities include operational setup of communication tools, assisting with briefs, building the CRM community, analyzing client data (campaign reports, KPIs), and supporting market needs for client insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about client engagement, curious, agile, proactive, fluent in English, and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. This internship offers a comprehensive overview of client topics, exposure to the Watches & Fine Jewelry business, and experience in a complex, collaborative environment.
Within the dynamic Europe Watches & Fine Jewelry division, you are part of the CRM team, attached to the Marketing department.
In a context of double-digit growth, we want to deliver an engaging & memorable client experience. In this regard, you help elaborating and putting into motion the client strategy plan according to both Europe and markets priorities.
Within this role, you will be working in coordination with many different teams: Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe teams, Watches & Fine Jewelry global division teams, Europe Fashion and F&B CRM teams, IT, Data, Digital & Innovation teams
