Product Marketing Manager

The Role:

The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in launching and scaling new products within the creator economy. This role involves building a community and serving as the voice of new brands. The manager will directly engage with creators daily and have the opportunity to influence millions of creators using the products. Working alongside a fast-paced and talented team, the manager will have the resources and freedom to execute impactful ideas and shape the future of the industry

Your Contribution:

- Manage several growth marketing actions simultaneously, deciding which to scale or terminate.
- Collect and analyze data to develop more effective campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize marketing expertise in disciplines like campaign building, email marketing, and referral marketing to grow products.
- Balance speed and quality when undertaking different initiatives.
- Define the right KPIs and timelines and ensure delivery on them.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in a software company or startup.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with 2 years in Product Marketing.
- Experienced in handling multiple programs simultaneously.
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Eager to take ownership and be responsible for moving a clear metric forward.
- Develop monthly reports to analyze growth and marketing metrics.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy.
- Experience in a multi-functional growth role focused on driving site traffic.
- Emphasize speed, humility, empathy, and ownership in work culture
