Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remote Bilingual Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences while providing exceptional service in two or more languages. You'll research destinations, prepare travel proposals, coordinate itineraries, and communicate with clients and travel partners to help ensure each trip is organized and enjoyable.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about travel and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences
- Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and personalized itineraries
- Communicate with clients in English and at least one additional language to answer general questions and provide travel support
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
- Deliver professional, timely customer service throughout the travel planning process
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred; other languages are welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, web browsing, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is a plus but not required
