Job Description

Your role
- Lead integration of engineering scopes across disciplines, ensuring alignment of interfaces, deliverables, assumptions, and schedules.
- Coordinate and consolidate technical inputs from multiple disciplines to support proposal development and scope definition.
- Oversee processes, project specific directives, including scope breakdown, work allocation, and skills tracking.
- Assist the Engineering Director and Engineering Managers in resource planning, ensuring work is assigned based on competencies, and maintain visibility of capacity and utilization across teams.
- Lead development and deployment of tools and dashboards to track staff capabilities, scopes of work, and performance metrics.
- Identify and manage integration risks, gaps, and misalignments, and escalate issues affecting scope, schedule, or quality.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are structured to support downstream needs such as procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with project leadership, engineering managers, project managers, clients and external stakeholders to align execution strategies and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on integration, planning, and work excellence.
About you
- Engineering degree in a core discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical) from an accredited University
- Registered Professional Engineer in a Province of Canada (member in good standing) is an asset.
- 5 years of design experience in their core engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Minimum 3 years of nuclear or other regulated industry
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary work with significant stakeholder interface requirements.
- Experience managing and/or performing work under nuclear quality management systems such as CSA N286, CSA N299.
- Working knowledge of industry codes and standards in their core engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to and potentially work at project sites to meet corporate needs (Note: the initial site location is at the Mississauga head office in Ontario)
- Security Clearance with Public Services and Procurement Canada is a condition of employment.
