This role involves building and maintaining relationships with influential consultants to increase the adoption of the company's products and services. The Director will lead communications, act as a subject matter expert, manage complex issues, and provide leadership to less experienced professionals. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies, representing the organization's interests, negotiating terms, and ensuring brand awareness among key consulting firms.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
This role positions and promotes T. Rowe Price investment strategies and/or administrative services with consulting firms that advise institutional or intermediary consumers of investment management in certain key markets globally. Establishes and maintains relationships with external consultants to increase the understanding of (and the likelihood of endorsing) the company's products and services.
Leads the communications and outreach efforts to foster relationships with highly influential consulting firms whose endorsement and promotion of the organization has a significant impact on the business unit's achievement of financial goals and access to major clients. Serves as a subject matter expert and key advisor for the organization, and is responsible for managing the most complex, high-profile consultant relations issues. Provides leadership to less experienced professionals and assigns tasks. Is responsible for specialized initiatives spanning multiple critical business areas.
