Key Responsibilities

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage, reassure, and assist customers effectively.
