BJAK is seeking Backend Software Engineers to build the core systems for their finance super app. You will develop reliable APIs, workflows, and financial product infrastructure that scales across markets and millions of users. This role involves supporting products across insurance, payments, wallet, savings, investing, and more. You'll design systems for user accounts, transactions, and integrations, working closely with product and mobile teams. Experience in backend engineering with strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and system design is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

We are looking for backend engineers to build the core systems behind BJAK's finance super app.
This role is for engineers who can build reliable APIs, workflows and financial product infrastructure that can scale across markets, partners and millions of users.
3+ years of backend engineering experience.
This role is based in UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
