You will be a subject matter expert for Philippine HR Operations and contribute to regional HR initiatives, process improvements, and payroll transformation projects across APAC. The position requires 4+ years of HR experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and experience with HRIS/payroll systems.

Key Objective of Role 🌟
As our business continues to grow across APAC, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team for the Philippines.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and outstanding employee experience. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Philippine HR Operations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll vendors, Legal, and business leaders.
Beyond supporting the Philippines, you will also contribute to regional HR Operations initiatives, process improvements, HR systems enhancements, and payroll transformation projects across APAC.
