Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
The VCA team in Italy provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and data solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in wide range of card business such as strategic growth, digital product strategy and card life cycle management.
The team is based in Milan and Rome, It focuses on Italian clients and combines strategy consultants and data scientists. As part of a global team, it collaborates daily with VCA team in Southern European teams (e.g. Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Turkey and Malta) to share best practices, projects and methodologies.
We are currently looking for a Consultant to support and deliver projects for Visa clients and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa clients in Italy.
Specific Responsibilities include:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The estimated salary range for this position is [€45,000 - €53,000 and €68,900] per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a competitive benefits package for which this position will be eligible.

What we'd like from you -
The ideal candidate will have already accumulated 2-4 years of experience in a consulting or financial service or payment company and will be curious about the payments industry and keen to work alongside an experienced and dynamic team, expanding their own knowledge in the sector.
