The Role and Impact
As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's supply chain excellence, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, equipment, and finished goods across our global network.

This role is at the heart of Intel's operational success, directly impacting our ability to deliver innovative products to customers efficiently and reliably. You will lead logistics operations for one or more key categories, driving performance metrics and implementing industry best practices to meet and exceed operational goals.

Your expertise will contribute to enhancing supply chain efficiency, strengthening supplier relationships, and resolving critical escalations to minimize service disruptions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Intel's logistics strategy and make a tangible impact on our business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee logistics operations for assigned categories, ensuring compliance guidelines and Intel's standard requirements
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage suppliers for inbound, inter-plant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods, ensuring service levels align with Intel's standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of products to customers.
  • Use data analytics and advanced technologies to develop innovative logistics solutions that enhance Intel's business operations.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and logistics service providers, fostering collaboration and alignment.

This role is a 23-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications will help identify top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in logistics operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost and operational data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, supplier management, freight management, and KPI tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in business data analytics tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or a technical discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing).
  • Experience managing sensitive air cargo and special handling requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.

Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Ireland is: €55,700.00 - €87,100.00 The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may include additional pay components and benefits. Your recruiting team will share the confirmed base salary along with any applicable total compensation elements upon employment offer delivery.

Work Model for this Role
