Payoneer is seeking a Senior Product Director to lead the product strategy for its Core AI Platform. This is a critical, strategic role focused on building the AI operating layer that powers Payoneer's products and business operations. The successful candidate will define the platform vision, roadmap, and strategy, drive the development of AI-native solutions, and foster widespread AI adoption across the company by partnering with leaders in Product, Engineering, Data, and Business.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Leader to define and lead the product strategy for Payoneer's Core AI Platform—the AI operating layer enabling trusted, scalable AI across Product, Engineering, and Business.
This is one of the company's most strategic product leadership roles. Partnering closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Business, you will define the platform strategy, lead the first generation of AI-native solutions, and establish reusable patterns that accelerate AI adoption across the company.
You will also shape how Payoneer leverages the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem—making strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to combine differentiated internal capabilities with best-in-class external technologies into a trusted, enterprise-grade AI platform.
The Core AI Platform enables three strategic outcomes: transforming how products are built, enabling every business function to redesign and automate workflows through AI, creating agentic customer experiences across Payoneer's products.
