Optro is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to design and scale global compensation programs. This role is instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent by ensuring rewards align with a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include developing compensation philosophy, managing annual cycles, designing bonus and incentive plans, conducting market benchmarking, and ensuring global compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards within a fast-growing SaaS company, with Workday experience preferred.

As our Senior Compensation Manager you are a multiplier- with responsibility for scaling our compensation programs, enabling our managers, and helping our employees grow. You will be responsible for designing and delivering competitive, equitable, and innovative compensation programs that meet employees where they are today and build a strong foundation for tomorrow. In this role you will contribute to compensation programs, including the annual compensation planning cycle, evolution of our job architecture, bonus plan design and administration.
