Operations Director – Lifestyle Hospitality

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple lifestyle and hospitality concepts, ensuring business objectives are translated into strong operational execution.
- Drive sustainable business growth by improving revenue, profitability, and overall operational performance across the portfolio.
- Develop scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices to support business expansion while maintaining service excellence.
- Oversee financial and operational performance by setting KPIs, reviewing business metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving data-informed decisions.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to align business strategies and deliver commercial objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to strengthen business performance and maintain market relevance.
- Lead transformation and change management initiatives that improve operational capability, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business value.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer experience while allowing each business concept to maintain its unique positioning and identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Director, Senior Director, VP, or equivalent leadership role overseeing multi-unit operations within the hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, or leisure industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple business units, outlets, or brands with full accountability for business performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, operational improvements, and business expansion initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams across multiple functions.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
