Invesco is seeking an Assistant Manager for Institutional Business Sales Support in Singapore. This role involves developing and maintaining sales materials, managing RFP/RFI/DDQ processes, handling client data and reporting, assisting with client onboarding, and conducting market intelligence. The position requires 2-4 years of experience in asset management or financial services, strong financial market knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Sales Collateral & Presentation Support:
· To develop and maintain a library of up-to-date sales and marketing materials, including pitch books, fact sheets, presentation decks, and biographies.
· Customize presentations and meeting materials for specific client pitches and reviews.
· Prepare detailed pre-meeting briefing packages and post-meeting follow-up correspondence for Sales Directors.
2. RFP, RFI, and DDQ Management:
· Assist in the process for Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ).
· Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, performance, and investment teams to gather accurate and compelling content.
· Write, edit, and customize high-quality, persuasive responses that highlight the asset class capability and align with client objectives.
· Ensure all submissions are accurate, professionally presented, and delivered by strict deadlines.
3. Client Data & Reporting:
· Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from clients and prospects (e.g., performance analytics, portfolio characteristics, ESG data).
· Work with data and operations teams to ensure the accuracy of client reports and statements.
· Assist in maintain the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure all client interactions, meeting notes, and pipeline activities are accurately recorded by the sales team.
4. Client Onboarding & Servicing Support:
· Assist the Sales Directors during the client onboarding process, liaising with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
· Serve as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring they are routed to the correct internal team and resolved promptly.
5. Market & Competitor Intelligence:
· Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their investment needs, structure, and current mandates.
· Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends to help the sales team position our products effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA/CAIA would be a plus.
· 2-4 years of experience in an asset management firm or financial services firm, preferably in sales support, relationship management.
· Strong understanding of financial markets and various asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, alternatives).
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
· Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
