Supply Chain Team Leader (Lahore, PK)

Job Summary

We are now searching for a Supply Chain Team Leader. This is Team Leader position for Customer Service & Design Front Office Pakistan. In this role you will be the Key contact for Supply Chain related aspects for the market. You will drive continuous improvement on service level and customer loyalty (supply chain related), while securing proper supply chain integration and efficiency.

This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

What you will do

As Supply Chain Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

• Drive customer supply chain integration and engagement by collaborating closely with the market group team and customers, empowering stakeholders to co-create efficient, seamless solutions that deliver value across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Ensure effective end-to-end order fulfilment and planning (OFPM) operations at customer level, delivering reliable, high-quality processes that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
• Analyze market dynamics and lead continuous improvement initiatives, using data, insights, and innovative thinking to strengthen service levels and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Establish and maintain strong governance across the OFPM process, fostering accountability, compliance, and consistency while enabling smooth, efficient operations.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed KPIs, creating an inclusive and supportive environment where people are empowered to grow, share ideas, and perform at their best.

We believe you have

• At least 5 years of experience in both strategic and operational supply chain and customer management, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful and sustainable results in complex environments.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business Administration, with a Master’s degree considered an advantage and a reflection of your commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience in coordinating or leading people, adopting an inclusive and collaborative leadership style that values diverse perspectives and supports team development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written), enabling clear and confident communication in a global organization.
• Well-developed communication skills, allowing you to share ideas openly, contribute to innovation, and foster a culture of transparency and trust.
