E1 (formerly EstimateOne) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own customer retention and value realization for their Subbie audience. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about helping customers maximize their use of the E1 platform. You will strategically manage a portfolio of high-value customers, lead pricing discussions, identify expansion opportunities, and own customer relationships from the start. Salary:
We’re transparent about salary ranges at E1, and that extends externally. Our salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 base plus commission (depending on experience).
