GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Master Concrete Sculptor to join their team. This role involves designing and creating sculpted concrete walls, focusing on shaping, coloring, texturing, and finishing to meet high aesthetic and technical standards. The position requires extensive experience in concrete sculpting, including expertise with advanced tools and equipment, and the ability to train and support less experienced crew members. This is a full-time position with significant travel requirements.

A Master Concrete Sculptor collaborates closely with soils crews, engineers and project managers to understand design specifications and ensure seamless integration of sculptural elements into the construction process. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in concrete sculpting and coloring, working with concrete to produce intricate, durable, and aesthetically appealing wall features for commercial projects. You will be responsible for shaping, coloring, texturing, and finishing concrete to meet high standards of quality and precision while adhering to project timelines and safety protocols.
You will also be responsible for assisting with our core operations and helping newer sculptors apply their initial training and grow their skills to be able to complete more artistic finishes.
