- Lead the end-to-end product strategy, development, partnerships, and implementation to drive sustainable business growth across all distribution channels. The role is responsible for translating market and client insights into competitive, innovative and scalable product propositions while ensuring effective execution and alignment with company strategic priorities.
The role acts as a key member of the product leadership team and serves as a strategic partner to the CPO in shaping the company’s product direction and future growth agenda.

- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in insurance product development and strategy
- Proven track record in product development & implementation, managing multichannel product strategy, ecosystem or partnership development
- Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, client behaviour and regulatory requirement

- Drive product strategy & portfolio management
Define and execute the overall product strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs and market opportunities. In addition, manage product portfolio mix to optimize growth, profitability and competitiveness
- Lead end-to-end product development and implementation
Oversee the full product life cycle from ideation, client research and proposition design to implementation, launch and post-launch monitoring. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build & manage product ecosystem and partnerships
Develop and expand strategic partnerships (eg. health, lifestyle, HNW services) to enhance product value proposition, client experience and differentiation in the market.
- Drive market intelligence and client insights
Lead market research, competitor analysis and client insights generation to identify emerging trends, gaps and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product initiatives.
- Stakeholder management & business alignment
Collaborate closely with distribution, marketing, IT, operations and external partners to ensure alignment, effective execution, and successful commercialization of product initiatives

Lead and develop high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
