Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer to join its Customer Service Operations team. This role involves working directly at customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations on food processing and packaging lines. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, ensuring equipment performance, and training customer operators. The position requires up to 3 years of experience, a background in industrial systems or engineering, strong mechanical/electrical/automation knowledge, and intermediate English proficiency. Travel up to 85% is expected.

As a Service Engineer, you will be part of our Customer Service Operations team, working directly at customer sites to keep essential food processing and packaging lines running reliably. Your work contributes to ensuring uninterrupted food production — a vital link in global food systems that support hundreds of millions of consumers every day.
