ASML Korea is seeking a CS Service Coordinator for a 1-year contract role in Hwasung, Korea. The position supports and improves internal CS operations, focusing on SMS Call Handling, Timewriting, billable labor/part management, and CAM backlog. The role involves data analysis and reporting on service orders, timewriting, labor/part usage, utilization, overtime, and local solving rates. SAP authority and data management will also be key responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 2-5 years of support function experience are preferred. Strong English communication, data analysis, and SAP/MS Office skills are beneficial.
