Team / division overview
The Manager AI Content & Communications (to become part of Content Refinement Team, part of Chief Editorial Office) combines content expertise with AI- and technology-driven project management. The role supports the transformation of content production processes and audience reach through the integration of artificial intelligence and other technology, while maintaining high editorial standards and ensuring alignment with the firm’s communication strategy.
Role Details
As a Communications Manager you will (be):
- Develop, write and edit high-quality, accurate content for a broad range of internal and external audiences, harnessing AI tools where appropriate.
- Manage and deliver content initiatives and strategic communications campaigns, including the design, implementation and optimization of workflows, using technology where appropriate.
- Drive innovation in formats, channels and storytelling approaches, while maintaining strong editorial judgement and high content standards.
- Own end-to-end project management for multiple content production workstreams, ensuring delivery across global projects, time zones, timelines and quality standards.
- Develop effective content workflows that support strategic communication priorities and improve quality, consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability and consistency in content production through AI solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, Data and external providers to evaluate and deploy relevant tools and platforms.
- Act as a central interface between Communications, Technology and business stakeholders to align priorities and oversee the delivery of ongoing strategic projects.
- Monitor performance of content and continuously optimize based on data insights.
- Train and enable internal stakeholders in the effective use of AI tools for communication purposes.
- Ensure governance, compliance and adherence to editorial standards in AI-supported content creation.
We are looking for
- Expertise in content creation and editorial management for a broad range of internal and external audiences in financial services.
- Good understanding of asset management, capital markets and financial products.
- Experience in managing complex, fast-paced projects, ideally across global teams, functions and time zones, with exposure to digital, technology or AI-related initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership in a global environment.
- Ability to coordinate with technology partners in a regulated environment.
- Experience with CMS, SEO and digital content ecosystems.
- Good understanding of AI tools and their application in content creation or willingness to build deeper expertise.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
- High level of organization, structure and execution discipline.
- Intellectual curiosity with an ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong ability to deliver change and process innovation.
- Highly collaborative, while able to work independently and take initiative.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented working style across multiple teams, with a focus on outcomes.
- Fluent in English and German
