Position Overview:

The successful candidate will support the training and development of manufacturing team members to ensure consistent, high-quality production of our signature products. This role focuses on delivering hands-on training, maintaining up-to-date procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in employee performance and operational standards. This individual must possess a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Delivers training to manufacturing employees, focusing on current procedures, addressing operational gaps, and supporting process improvements.
· Maintain accurate and well-organized training records, tracking employee progress and completion status.
· Notifies superior for discrepancies related to training to ensure highest training standards and safety of operations are always maintained.
· Work closely with cross-functional team to identify, arrange, & coordinate operators for cross-training based on established guideline.
· Schedule On-the-job-training (OJT) based on process priority and manpower needs.
· Ensure operators meet minimum competency before certification.
· Identify bottlenecks in OJT and training execution and coordinate certification schedule with PE.
· Support in uploading and maintaining transcript records in Workday.
· Deliver training on revised procedures and support smooth implementation across teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance training effectiveness and consistency.
· Plan, allocate, and monitor Operator Trainer headcount deployment across production lines to ensure effective training delivery, workload balancing, and operational support.
· Adhere to all SOPs related to material handling, documentation, packaging, and shipment preparation, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Demonstrate strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Participate in small groups and cross-functional team initiatives to improve training outcomes.
· Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires in manufacturing roles.
· Support timely completion of operator training (LMS & OJT) and monitor ongoing employee development.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor or equivalent experience
· Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Medical Device manufacturing or cGMP regulated industry.
· Ability to present training course material to individuals and groups and to effectively facilitate their learning process
· Experience in On-the-Job Training (OJT) execution, competency assessment and certification processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to analyze training gaps, operational issues and performance data.
· Ability to plan, allocate, and optimize operator trainer headcount across production lines to support operational requirements
· Must be able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
· Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
· Previous experience working in a clean room environment.
· Familiarity with manufacturing instrumentation such as video microscopes, micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators.
· Mechanical Aptitude – Knowledge of and experience with automated machines and tools, including design, uses, repair, and maintenance.
· Production & Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, measurement instruments, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for the manufacture and distribution of goods.
· Problem Solving – Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
· Required to stand for at least 75% of working time per shift, with walking at least 50% of working time per shift.
· Requires sitting for extended periods while working on a computer.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
• Maintain calendars, including arranging meetings and appointments.
• Manage meeting details such as room reservations, preparing agendas, securing necessary IT equipment, initializing presentations, catering, and attendee updates.
• Take meeting minutes, follow-up with team on action items.
• Produce presentations for meeting as requested.
• Route correspondence & emails.
• Prepare letters, emails, and presentations.
• Coordinate and initiate conference calls and WebEx meetings.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the Director level preferred.
• Experience communicating with individuals at all levels, both externally and internally within the organization is required.
