Seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for DCDC applications in Tianjin. Responsibilities include software requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, variant management, and release. The role involves defining development plans, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing control algorithms, and troubleshooting. Candidates will also track and research new algorithms and technical trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English, and familiarity with DC/DC control algorithms, diagnosis strategies, and automotive compliance standards like ISO 26262. Proficiency in C language and Matlab for model-based software development is essential. Experience in agile development, BOOT BSW, and project management is preferred.
- Be responsible for SW requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, variant management and release.
- Define SW team development plan and timeline, ensure the timely delivery of SW work package.
- Coordinate system engineer, software engineer and test engineer for internal technical topics and customer needs. - Optimize SW control algorithm and troubleshooting.
- Track and research new algorithm, technical trend, new process, innovation and product solution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in English (both oral and written), German/Japanese is a plus.
- Familiar with DC/DC control algorithms, diagnosis strategies and related design experience. - Knowledge of automotive compliance, such as standards like ISO 26262.
- Proficient in model-based software development processes, as well as development tools such as C language and Matlab.
- Preferred qualifications: experience in agile development, COM, BOOT BSW development, software project management, and DC/DC SOP projects.
