Plata Card is growing rapidly after receiving its banking license and is seeking "Ventas telefónicas" (Telephone Sales) to join their team in CDMX. The role involves generating sales for PLATA financial products, following up with prospects, and strategic telephone contact with clients. Compensation includes a base monthly salary of $10,000, a $1,500 bi-weekly integration bonus for the first 45 days, and commissions up to $20,000+. Benefits include legal benefits, 12 vacation days in the first year, 25% vacation premium, 15 days of aguinaldo, minor medical expenses insurance, life insurance, and flexible days. The company offers paid training from day one, an internal growth plan with opportunities for advancement after 6 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays. Requirements include a completed high school diploma, results-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Previous telephone sales experience is a plus.
