We're looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join the customer service team of a leading international mobility company in beautiful Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist Danish-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals and travel-related requests, helping them enjoy a smooth experience from reservation to return.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Handling reservations, booking modifications and cancellations
• Providing information about vehicle rental services and travel options
• Resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Processing requests and finding the best solution for every customer
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction

What we're looking for

• Fluent Danish and good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
