Key Responsibilities :

• Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to support the mass production of integrated circuits.
• Conduct detailed tests and measurements to optimize control over critical dimensions and defectivity across the process line.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and overall system performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with Technology Development sites and global counterparts to develop and transfer key equipment and process parameters for successful factory ramp-ups.
• Lead maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment functionality and readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems to detect and resolve discrepant materials or equipment activities.
• Oversee equipment installation, conversion, and qualification processes to ensure tools are installed safely, on schedule, and compliant with quality standards.
• Provide leadership and training to manufacturing teams to enhance technical competency and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a specialized field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statistical process control methods and tools.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, manufacturing process control, and process improvement.
• Technical expertise in process characterization, equipment monitoring, and adjustment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge and experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) principles, problem-solving methodologies, and manufacturing process control techniques.
• Proven ability to lead process optimization and improvement projects across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with group problem-solving and excursion management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical data clearly and effectively.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
