The Billing Specialist (Temporary for 24 months) is responsible for the accurate and timely creation of invoices for all energy types and metering points in accordance with legal requirements. This role handles customer complaints regarding network usage billing and actively participates in the accounting for excess and insufficient quantities. Additionally, the specialist will conduct functional area tests for format and process changes as required by the Bundesnetzagentur, maintain billing-relevant master data, and support the conception and billing implementation of new products and contracts. Requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, relevant professional experience, industry knowledge, and proficiency in SAP IS-U and MS Office.
