Chartis is seeking an Epic Implementation Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Epic implementation initiatives. This role will manage planning, coordination, and execution of Epic projects across Inpatient and Ambulatory clinical applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. The Lead will collaborate with Clinical Applications Managers and Directors, offering mentorship and project governance to implementation teams, and proactively managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The Epic Implementation Lead provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Epic implementation initiatives, serving as the primary project management and application partner for Clinical Applications Managers and Directors. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Epic implementation projects across Inpatient (IP) and Ambulatory (Amb) clinical applications while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
The Implementation Lead collaborates closely with Clinical Applications Managers and Directors to provide mentorship, project governance, and day-to-day leadership for implementation teams. The role ensures successful delivery of Epic initiatives by proactively managing risks, resolving issues, facilitating stakeholder communication, and promoting best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Hourly range: $90-$105. The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
