Waymo is seeking a People Development Operations Specialist to manage learning events, administer their Learning Management System (LMS), and handle vendor contracts. You will also facilitate core program content, track program metrics, and lead operational projects. This role requires 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or L&D, with a strong background in LMS administration and event logistics. You should be comfortable facilitating sessions and managing vendor relationships. The position reports to the Culture & People Development Programs Lead.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
