The ideal candidate will have a commercial or trade apprenticeship, preferably with experience in retail, building materials sales, or the DIY sector. Strong knowledge of building materials is essential for effective customer consultation. Key qualities include consulting competence, stamina, service orientation, communication skills, friendliness, teamwork, and helpfulness.
