Position Title: Relationship Associate

Job Summary: 

Kickstart your career in banking by joining our team as a Relationship Associate. In this role, you will support client needs, help manage accounts, and ensure smooth processing of loan and banking transactions. You will gain hands-on experience in evaluating client requirements and contributing to key business decisions, while working closely with different teams across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day client requests, maintain accurate account records, and ensure all loan-related documents are complete and up to date
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the effective management of client accounts and delivery of banking services
• Assist in preparing initial analyses and evaluations of client proposals to support decision-making
• Support the preparation of budget plans and business initiatives
• Monitor client accounts and help ensure timely processing of requirements
• Assist in resolving client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions

Role Exposure:

• Strengthen your decision-making and analytical skills through real-world banking scenarios
• Build strong collaboration and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related or Accounting field
