SEEK is hiring an HCM Systems Specialist with an APAC focus to support their Human Resources function. This role is crucial for enhancing HCM technology capabilities, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with Finance and Technology teams. The primary focus will be on Workday HCM, the system of record for all APAC employees. Responsibilities include designing and implementing requirements in Workday modules like Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Performance, as well as providing daily support and administration.

The Role
The primary purpose of this role, with an APAC focus, is to fully participate in the planning, delivery and support of HCM technology solutions across the P&C function. This is an important step in our transformation journey as we look to enhance our capabilities in this space, manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the functions of Finance and Technology.
There are various technologies in P&C that are in scope for this role, where Workday HCM, being our primary system-of-record for all employees across APAC, will be a key focus area.
The HCM Systems Specialist – People & Culture is a highly collaborative role working with the various members in the People Technology & Insights team, the broader P&C, cross-functional teams as well as with third-party vendors. This role reports directly into the HCM Technology Senior Manager. You will be designing and implementing requirements in but not limited to Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Performance modules.
