TIFIN is seeking a Chief of Staff, Sales to act as a force multiplier for their C-level executives. This role will focus on sourcing and managing enterprise relationships and deals, owning the operational backbone of the sales process. Responsibilities include driving sales process momentum, maximizing lead generation, building partner referral programs, researching target accounts, managing RFP processes, and documenting solution concepts. The ideal candidate has strong operational and client-facing instincts, can work with ambiguity, and has experience working directly with senior executives. This is a full-time, onsite role in Boulder, CO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The Chief of Staff, Sales will act as a force multiplier for our C-level executives, working directly with them to source and manage enterprise relationships and deals. This role owns the operational backbone of the sales process — keeping conversations moving at speed, clearing obstacles before they stall a deal, and building the systems that let our execs operate at a higher altitude without losing visibility into the details. We're looking for someone who can work alongside our executive team in our Boulder office 5 days a week.
THE ROLE:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
$120,000 - $150,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Relocation assistance is available for candidates currently outside of the Boulder area.
In addition to cash compensation, a meaningful equity stake is a significant part of the overall package.
