The Senior Technology Enablement Analyst role focuses on providing end-to-end enablement for Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, including AML and Transaction Monitoring. This position acts as a key liaison between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams, ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. The analyst will own business application processes, lead testing efforts, facilitate data enablement, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure safe and effective change across FCRM platforms.

Job Description:
The Senior Technology Enablement Analyst provides end‑to‑end enablement for AML, Transaction Monitoring, and broader Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, acting as a critical bridge between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams.
This role ensures that complex regulatory, risk, and detection requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions that are well‑designed, data‑enabled, tested, operationally ready, and sustainable in BAU. The analyst enables safe and effective change across FCRM platforms by combining business application ownership, testing leadership, data enablement, and strong stakeholder orchestration.
