The Private Wealth Product Management team is seeking a Senior Associate to define and govern the structure of private wealth products and investment programs. This role involves translating business goals into precise operational and data specifications, ensuring adherence to regulatory and policy constraints. You will collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to support product launches and maintain governance artifacts. The ideal candidate has a strong financial services background with experience in investment products and wealth management.
Business Overview:
The Private Wealth Product Management team serves as the backbone for operational excellence across Private Wealth products and service offerings. The team is responsible for the design, governance, and lifecycle management of all products and investment programs offered to private wealth clients — partnering closely with Product Development, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Technology, CIO, and COO functions to define how products work, who they serve, and how they are controlled.
Position Overview:
This role sits at the core of the Product Management team's design and governance function. You will be responsible for defining the parameters, eligibility rules, and structural guardrails that govern how Private Wealth products and investment programs are built, offered, and administered. This includes translating product and program intent into precise operational and data specifications — from investment product eligibility and fee structures to investment advisory program design and account-level data definitions. This role requires someone who can bridge business intent with operational rigor; equally comfortable designing the rules for a new product launch as they are defining the data architecture that supports it.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
