Marketing Agencies Management
- Ensure the Digital and Social media Marketing Program contents designed by the external vendors and agencies are in sync and is meeting the established company SOP, marketing strategies and Government Environment Compliances and EPR Regulatory guidelines.
- Utilizing the Call Centre Operations/Toll -free number/website to bring in business efficiencies in respective Client EPR Plan Management and Awareness Campaigns.
- Creation of training & awareness/marketing content management for different stakeholder categories which include – Schools, Youth, Bulk Consumers, RWAs, Informal Sectors, Industry players, market players and other stakeholders
Marketing, Promotion & Awareness Management
- Develop the Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing strategy for driving Organic Traffic on the Website/Digital Media of India and increase its Digital presence.
- Creation, Design and Implement E-waste Management Awareness programs as per client requirements through the team of marketing agencies.
- Organization of Awareness Workshops in identified key states across Pan India through the hired agencies. plan the most cost-effective strategies for increasing the ROI of each Marketing activity and spend.

- At least 8-12 years of work experience as a Marketing Solution provider, Corporate Sales or Advertising Sales Multitasker and Proactive Planner and Process-oriented
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders- Global H.Q., Indian Outsourced agency, Diverse Internal Team, Multiple Vendors from Diverse cultural background.
- Expertise in social media/Digital Marketing platforms or Marketing revenue generation Activities/ Online Marketing & Sales.
- Exposure in designing and delivering Corporate Marketing Campaigns and activities in Electronic industries Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Advertising Sales, Marketing, Journalism, Sales or relevant field.
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
- Preferred if has Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
