SMX is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide senior leadership for security aspects of complex technology programs. This role involves setting security objectives, managing resources, directing cross-functional activities, and overseeing security deliverables. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active DHS Suitability clearance, along with a Top-Secret clearance.

Essential Duties
The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) provides senior leadership for security aspects of highly complex technology programs under this task order, setting security objectives, defining scope and goals, and selecting appropriate security methodologies. The ISSM forecasts and recommends security staffing and resources, develops and manages schedules for concurrent security initiatives, directs cross-functional security activities, and takes timely corrective action to address risks and issues. The ISSM oversees major security deliverables, mentors senior executives on security governance and culture, and applies advanced technical expertise and strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
