Affiliate Marketing Specialist

As an affiliate marketing specialist, you'll play an important role in helping Best Buy connect with customers through strategic affiliate partnerships and performance marketing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to campaigns that drive business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and innovative environment.  

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do as an affiliate marketing specialist: 

• Support the execution and day-to-day operations of Best Buy's affiliate marketing program and partner promotions.

• Build and launch affiliate campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking, and campaign setup.

• Manage affiliate network activities, including partner updates, commission changes, deep linking, and transaction inquiries.

• Review and coordinate creative assets to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy.

• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and escalate issues when results deviate from expectations.

• Support payment accuracy and help resolve tracking or placement issues across affiliate partners.

• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and campaign execution.

• Research new partnership opportunities and provide recommendations that support business growth.

What we're looking for: 

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing projects or campaigns from planning through execution in a dynamic environment.

• Advanced Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in an evolving technology and digital marketing landscape.

Annualized Compensation Range

$57,000.00 - $62,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
