Shell Vietnam is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Go Dau location. The role involves scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory and vendor contracts, and collaborating with other departments to resolve maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance (preferably in packaging or oil and gas), and strong technical and leadership skills.

Job Description:
I. Job Description
- Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities by maintenance contractors follows the PM program (such as LGAME), ensure the equipment is always ready, safe, reliable, and efficient.
- Review and update the PM plan in SAP when there is any new or change.
- Review and confirm the PM work order after completion on SAP to ensure all work orders must be completed on time.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, company policy as safety, quality, environment, … to ensure compliance with safety regulation and company standards.
- Monitor the condition of equipment, machines in plant in closely.
- Create PR/PO in SAP to purchase the spare part for maintenance.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor contracts, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replacement of worn-out parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including regional engineering, production, quality and CP to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues that impact plant productivity and efficiency.
- Support maintenance manager to supervise capex project execution.
- Improve the PM plan to optimize the maintenance efficient, maintenance cost.
II. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5 years’ experience in similar role in industrial Plant, packaging/ oil and gas is priority.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
- Demonstrated technical expertise in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Deep understanding of maintenance techniques, tools, and principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures
- Experience with SAP system, OEE, TPM, permit to work.
