Salesforce is seeking an experienced Account Solution Engineer for Tableau in Japan. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise to customers evaluating Tableau, and collaborating with internal sales teams. The engineer will leverage Tableau Cloud, Tableau Next, and other Salesforce solutions to help customers become more data-driven and explore generative AI applications. Responsibilities include understanding customer business challenges, developing solutions, delivering presentations, troubleshooting technical issues, and building strong customer relationships to drive adoption and success.
