Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer for their Ice Cream business unit, focusing on Processing Services. The role involves identifying and converting new sales opportunities, providing high-quality technical support for Tetra Pak equipment, and executing installations, commissioning, and maintenance. You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize equipment performance, train customers, and act as a coach for fellow engineers. This permanent position requires up to 60-70% travel within Italy.

Drive growth in Processing Services within the Ice Cream business by identifying and converting new opportunities, while delivering high-quality technical support.
In this role, you will independently install and commission Tetra Pak equipment, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide impactful customer training. You will troubleshoot complex issues with a structured approach, continuously optimize equipment performance, and build strong customer relationships, while also acting as a coach to support the development of fellow engineers.
