We are seeking a Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Architectural Coordinator to join our team in the construction sector. This on-site role involves checking and analyzing drawings, verifying site installations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is required.

Salary & Benefits:
- $3,800 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
- Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic Autocad software.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Commitment to handling construction projects.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
