What You’ll Get to Do

The Polisher 2 is focused on advanced grinding, sanding, and polishing of brass, metal, plexiglass, and other materials.

This role is perfect for an individual who is mechanically skilled, quality-driven, and safety-conscious. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

Perform precision polishing using cloth, hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools.
Inspect and assess materials for flaws, cracks, and surface imperfections with a high level of accuracy.
Operate and maintain polishing machinery including wheels and vibratory finishers.
Train and mentor junior polishers on techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain proper ergonomics and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in metal finishing or polishing in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with polishing tools and techniques, including pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.

Position Pay Range

$23—$23.50 USD
