The Accounting Operation Analyst role at General Motors China will support all aspects of accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Disbursement, and Intercompany transactions. This position involves month-end close activities and drives process optimization through standardization, automation, and AI. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of operational controls, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Familiarity with AI tools and US GAAP/PRC GAAP is also required.

This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China full time.
The Role -
The Accounting Operation Analyst will support end-to-end accounting operation including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Disbursement, Intercompany transactions and month-end close activities. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting operation and drive process optimization through standardization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
The candidate should bring strong accounting operation experience, solid knowledge of operational controls and hands-on exposure to finance transformation projects.
