As Director of Nursing, you will lead the nursing function with a focus on care quality, operational effectiveness, and interdisciplinary partnership. This role has broad impact across the clinical setting, helping ensure that nursing practices, team performance, and care delivery remain aligned with organizational standards and resident needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing department operations and care standards.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility clinical regulations.
  • Partner with physicians and care teams to coordinate resident care plans.
  • Supervise nurse staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
  • Track quality outcomes, manage budgets, and drive continuous care improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in an RN role with staff supervision.
  • Nursing leadership experience in long-term care.
  • Experience leading staffing, scheduling, and team performance improvement.
  • Experience with PointClickCare.
  • Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary care teams.
