Lovable is seeking a Head of Customer Experience to build an agentic-first CX function from the ground up in Stockholm. This role focuses on customer success from initial interaction to enterprise adoption, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market. You will architect AI-powered support systems, manage product feedback loops, and oversee enterprise and social support. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in leadership, with demonstrable experience in AI-native support systems, commercial accountability (NRR, churn, CSAT), and cross-functional fluency. Technical depth and experience in developer tools or PLG support are preferred.

The Role
We're hiring a Head of Customer Experience to own the full spectrum of how customers succeed with Lovable, from their first interaction to enterprise adoption.
This is not a traditional support role. You'll own the function that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and GTM and build feedback loops that make Lovable better. Everything you build should be agentic-first. We're not looking for someone who will staff up a classic support org — we want someone who will build this function around AI agents.
