Eduki is seeking a Junior Accountant & Finance Operations Manager to support its Finance team with national and international accounting processes. This role involves general bookkeeping, month-end/year-end closing tasks, account reconciliation, invoice verification, payment matching, and assisting with reporting and process improvements. The position is based in Germany and requires fluency in German and good command of English. It is a part-time, fixed-term contract for up to 2 years.

As a Junior Accountant & Finance Operations Manager (all genders) at eduki, you become the operational backbone of our Finance team. Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a registered employer in Germany, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law.
This role is initially fixed-term for up to 2 years, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.
Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 23.550 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 18.600 EUR and 21.400 EUR (based on 20 hours/week).
